Two-Stage Fluidization Technology

The freezing tunnel uses advanced two-stage fluidization that delivers excellent product separation, maximum freezing efficiency, and consistent product quality throughout the production cycle.

Stage 1 – Crust Freezing

Rapid crust freezing instantly locks surface moisture, prevents product clumping, minimizes physical damage, and limits dehydration losses to less than 0.5%.

Stage 2 – Core Freezing

A high-velocity air bed maintains true fluidization while reducing the product core temperature uniformly to -18°C without deformation.

Intelligent Airflow & VFD Control

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controlled fans automatically adjust airflow according to product density, ensuring efficient freezing for peas, sweet corn, diced potatoes, berries, seafood, and other products.

Industrial CIP Cleaning System
