Cassava Starch Production Line
Fully Automatic Cassava Starch Production Line
1 Ton Per Hour Finished Cassava Starch Production Line
Our fully automated 1 Ton Per Hour (TPH) Finished cassava starch production line uses advanced wet-milling technology to maximize starch extraction from raw fresh cassava roots. Engineered for continuous 24/7 industrial operation, this turnkey processing line delivers high-purity, premium-grade native starch with minimized water consumption and an optimized energy footprint.
Production Ratio: To produce 1,000 Kg of finished premium dry cassava starch per hour, the production line is designed to process approximately 4,000–4,500 Kg of fresh cassava roots per hour, based on an average starch content of 25%–30%.

Process Flow & Machine Details
Stage 1: Washing, Cleaning & Peeling
Dry Sieve / Cage Washer removes soil, sand, stones, weeds and heavy impurities through mechanical tumbling. The Paddle Washer & Peeler uses counter-current water friction to remove the cuticle and cortex while maximizing starch recovery.
Stage 2: Fine Crushing & Rasping
The Industrial Slicing Unit cuts cassava into smaller pieces for uniform feeding. A High-Speed Rasper breaks the cell structure instantly, releasing more than 94% of bound starch granules into starch slurry.
Stage 3: Extraction, De-sanding & Refining
Multi-stage centrifugal sieves separate fibre from crude starch milk, while the Desander Cyclone removes fine sand particles. A 12–14 Stage Hydro Cyclone Station washes and refines starch milk, removing proteins, sugars and cell liquids for ultra-white starch.
Stage 4: Vacuum Dewatering & Flash Drying
The Rotary Vacuum Filter reduces slurry moisture to approximately 38–40%. The Negative Pressure Flash Dryer dries starch within 2–3 seconds, preventing gelatinization while preserving starch quality and viscosity.
Stage 5: Cooling, Sieving & Packaging
The finished starch passes through a Cooling Sifter to remove agglomerates before being packed using a fully automatic weighing and bagging machine suitable for 25 Kg to 50 Kg bags.
